Esquared Developments are an established property developing company based in the West Midlands. Their latest project was the conversion of a former waterside button factory which was to be fully renovated with high specifications throughout.

Esquared required a logo, brochure and adverts that would reflect the modern approach to the refurbishment.

The simple, but effective logo used the letter 'O' from the word 'button' to symbolise a button in an eye-catching way, and helping to create a striking brand.

Block were also commisioned to photograph the exterior of the building for use in the brochure, together with the show flat interior and location images of nearby amenities and landmarks.
