With a large Victorian family home to convert in the highly desirable Leicester suburbs of Stoneygate, Lime Property Developments worked closely with us to design varying aspects of their marketing collateral for development.
Lime Property wanted to pitch the development to both young professionals and the older market, so a carefully balanced brand was needed.
We presented several options for the name of the development, and Knighton Croft was selected.
The logo we created to reflect the age and location of the site, and the tree-lined setting. The colours chosen gave the brand a contemporary slant and the modern photography helped to pitch the brand at the right level.
We also produced a 12 page brochure, 3D visuals, a local press advertising campaign and exterior signage for the development.
