MountView Dunton Bassett was the first major development by MountView Grange Ltd. We were invited to create and design the marketing collateral for the site, ranging from corporate identity, adverts and brochure to website design & production.
A key parameter of the initial briefing was to design a logo that was strong enough to stand alone, but would also work comfortably with the strapline of subsequent titles.
From this, we were able to develop the corporate branding to create a modern yet sympathetic brochure for the site's countryside location.
To support the promotion of the site, we were involved with development and creation of the exterior signage, window cards and internal posters for the selling agent. We also created adverts for local press & publications and promoted the launch evening.
