Block

Block were initially approached by Urban Suburban to create an identity for their new property development company. The resulting logo and marketing collateral led them to commission us to produce all of the design for Urban Suburban's first project 'The Quarters'.

The Quarters is an exclusive development in the heart of a conservation area known as The Druid Quarter. The large development features townhouses, terraces, mews houses and penthouse apartments.

Block created the logo which was made up of four simple quarter squares which represented the four individual quarters of the development.

A landscape format brochure was also produced which used detailed images of brushed chrome, timber beams and cobble stone which reflected the materials used in the development. The design was backed up by adverts, banners, signage and a launch day which was attended by local sports stars.
