When the conversion of a 1930's Modernist factory into luxury apartments and penthouses required a strong brand identity, Westhill UK approached us to produce a suitable solution.
With the desire to respect the heritage of the building, we created a corporate identity that complimented the art deco era, but also retained a modern feel.
The success of this design led to us also designing a 12 page brochure which featured silhouetted abstract detailing from the building that gave the brochure a distinctive look.
The logo on the brochure cover was embossed in silver foil to give a prestigious finish.
We also produced all of the advertising for Wallis Court, the exterior signage and selling agent's collateral.
